Automatic welding has developed into an advanced manufacturing technology. Automatic welding equipment plays a more and more important role in the application of various industries.
According to the degree of automation, automatic welding equipment can be divided into the following three categories:
1. Rigid automatic welding equipment rigid automatic welding equipment can also be called primary automatic welding equipment, most of which are designed according to the principle of open-loop control. Although the whole welding process is completed automatically by the welding equipment, there is no closed-loop feedback system for the fluctuation of welding parameters in the welding process, and the possible deviation cannot be corrected randomly.
2. Adaptive control of automatic welding equipment
Adaptive control welding equipment is a kind of welding equipment with a higher degree of automation. It is equipped with sensors and electronic detection circuit to guide and track the weld track automatically, and to implement closed-loop feedback control for the main welding parameters. The whole welding process will be completed automatically according to the preset procedure and process parameters
3. Intelligent automatic welding equipment
It USES a variety of advanced sensor components, such as vision sensor, tactile sensor, auditory sensor and laser scanner, and with the help of computer software systems, databases and expert systems have the functions of identification, judgment, real-time detection, calculation, automatic programming, welding parameters storage and automatic generation of welding records.
